Overselling skills, time to complete and cost estimates are common in the building/ renovation industry. Brandon and Matt delivered as promised on my project and reminded me that personal integrity although rare is not extinct. It was a pleasure to be able to discuss practical plans and solutions to issues, and then see the final result accomplished. Unforeseen delays, challenges and over runs are simple realities, but how they were addressed with respect and communication made all the difference. I’d use these guys again in a heart beat!

We were very impressed by the efficiency and quality of the framing work Brandon and Matt did at our surfboard manufacturing shop. So much so, that we have hired DMD Contracting for our residential addition and carriage house build this spring! We found them to be very accommodating, professional and reliable throughout the construction process. We highly recommend them, and are excited to work with them again.

When we purchased our home in Summerland in July 2017, Matt and Brandon made sure our house was ready for us to move in. We hired them for various projects like: a new bathroom, a custom-built cabinet in our laundry area, and some drywall repairs. In October, they converted an old shed into the most amazing work space.

All the projects were executed professionally and in a timely matter. What we love most about working with these guys, is their willingness to think along and their good communication during the process. Our wishes were always very important to them, but they were upfront when things would exceed our budget or weren’t a good idea. We were really comfortable having them around as they respected our personal space and schedule.
